Delete Your Timecraft Account
You can delete your Timecraft account and related data at any time. Follow the steps below, and we'll process your data deletion once we receive your request.
Delete your account in the app
If you have the Timecraft app installed, you can delete your account right inside the app:
- Open the Timecraft app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm by following the on-screen instructions.
- Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated and queued for deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in to the app, you can also email us and we'll help delete your account:
- Email us from the address you used to register for Timecraft.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
- We'll verify your identity and email you once the request is complete.
What data will be deleted
Once deletion is complete, the following data linked to your account will be permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, avatar, etc.)
- Personality quiz results and matching preferences
- Session sign-ups and attendance records
- In-app messages and interaction history
What data may be retained
To meet legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, we may retain certain data to the extent necessary:
- Transaction and payment records (for the retention period required by law)
- Records we are required to keep to comply with legal obligations
This data is kept only for the minimum period required by law, and is deleted once that period ends.
Things to note
- Account deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone.
- For sessions you've signed up for but not yet attended, please confirm any refund or cancellation first.
- Data deletion is usually completed within 30 days of receiving your request.
